Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2026 – Grainger has announced the promotion of Paige Robbins to Senior Vice President & Chief Operations and Strategy Officer, marking a significant leadership elevation as the company continues to strengthen its operational excellence and strategic capabilities globally.
In her expanded role, Paige Robbins will oversee operations and enterprise strategy, driving alignment across supply chain, digital capabilities, and business performance to support Grainger’s long-term growth and customer-centric approach.
Paige Robbins has built an extensive leadership career spanning over 15 years at Grainger, where she has held a series of increasingly senior roles across operations, digital, strategy, and business leadership.
Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President & President – Grainger Business Unit, leading a major business segment and driving operational performance and growth. Prior to that, she held roles including Senior Vice President, Chief Technology, Merchandising, Marketing and Strategy Officer, and Chief Digital Officer, where she played a pivotal role in advancing Grainger’s digital transformation and omnichannel capabilities.
Her earlier roles at Grainger include leadership of global supply chain, branch network, contact center, and corporate strategy, as well as multiple vice president roles across logistics, supply chain, and Americas operations, demonstrating her deep expertise in end-to-end operations and enterprise strategy.
In addition to her executive responsibilities, she currently serves on the Board of Directors of C.H. Robinson, contributing to governance and strategic direction in the logistics sector.
Before joining Grainger, Paige Robbins spent nearly two decades at The Boston Consulting Group, where she was a Partner and Managing Director, advising global organizations on strategy, operations, and transformation.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, further strengthening her foundation in strategic leadership.
