Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Vodafone Idea Limited has announced the appointment of Subitha Pallithara as Vice President – Human Resources, further strengthening its people leadership as the organization continues to evolve in India’s dynamic telecom landscape.
Subitha brings over a decade of experience across FMCG, BFSI, and Manufacturing sectors, with deep expertise in rewards, performance management, and employee engagement. Her appointment reflects Vodafone Idea’s focus on building scalable, high-impact people practices to support business transformation and growth.
Prior to joining Vodafone Idea Limited, Subitha Pallithara served as Group Head – Rewards & Performance at Arvind Limited, where she led enterprise-wide compensation and performance strategies, driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
She also held a leadership role as Senior Manager – Rewards at DBS Bank, where she contributed to designing and implementing reward frameworks aligned with business and talent strategies.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly six years with L’Oréal, where she progressed through multiple roles including Manager – Total Rewards and Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, gaining strong experience in compensation design, international mobility, talent acquisition, and HR program execution across geographies.
In her current role at Vodafone Idea, she is serving as Vice President – Rewards, where she is responsible for shaping reward strategies and employee value propositions aligned with organizational priorities.
With a strong academic foundation including an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Subitha brings a well-rounded perspective on strategic HR leadership and talent management.
