Charlotte Metro, North Carolina, United States, November 2024 – Krysi Henry has been promoted to Vice President Talent Acquisition at Sedgwick. In her new role, Krysi will oversee strategic talent acquisition initiatives, supporting key divisions including Workforce Absence, Property, and EFI. She will play a critical role in shaping Sedgwick’s talent strategies to drive growth and innovation.
Krysi joined Sedgwick in March 2022 as Director Talent Acquisition, where she led a team of talent professionals and implemented innovative recruiting models that enhanced operational efficiencies. Her leadership has been instrumental in optimizing Sedgwick’s talent pipeline and delivering strategic workforce solutions.
Prior to Sedgwick, Krysi held senior roles at Vail Resorts, serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for the Rocky Mountain Region and Retail & Hospitality sectors. She successfully led initiatives to streamline hiring processes and enhance employee engagement. Earlier in her career, Krysi served as Executive Director of Selection at Northwestern Mutual, where she specialized in talent identification and career coaching, and as Licensed Personal Banker at Chase Bank, building strong client relationships and achieving financial goals.
