Charlotte Metro, North Carolina, United States, November 2024 – Beca Mayr has been named Vice President Talent Acquisition at Sedgwick, where she will oversee recruitment strategies for the Workforce Absence, Property, and EFI divisions. In her expanded role, Beca will lead Sedgwick’s efforts in optimizing talent acquisition processes and fostering a strong organizational culture through innovative hiring practices.
Beca has been with Sedgwick for nearly three years, most recently serving as Director Talent Acquisition, where she led a team of talent professionals supporting critical lines of business. She spearheaded the creation of a direct hire model that streamlined recruiting efficiencies and enhanced hiring outcomes.
Prior to Sedgwick, Beca held senior roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she served as Director of Talent Acquisition Field Sales, managing recruitment strategies for the U.S. Consumer Markets division. With over a decade of leadership experience, including roles at Spherion, ManpowerGroup, Westaff, and ADP, Beca has a proven track record in developing and implementing high-impact talent acquisition strategies across diverse industries.
