Neha Bhandari Takes Helm as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Cvent

Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 — Cvent, a global leader in meetings, events, and hospitality technology, has appointed Neha Bhandari as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources. In her new role, she will lead HR Business Partnering while driving enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, talent architecture, AI-enabled people practices, and strategic workforce development to support Cvent’s continued global growth.

Neha joins Cvent following an impactful tenure at Cars24, where she served as Head – People & Culture, leading HR transformation across India, Australia, and the UAE. She built an AI-first people ecosystem supporting more than 8,000 employees, transforming HR into a product-led function through automation, AI-powered talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, manager capability development, culture transformation, and people analytics. Her initiatives significantly improved employee engagement, productivity, workforce retention, onboarding, and operational efficiency while modernizing hundreds of employee lifecycle processes.

Prior to Cars24, Neha was Director – Human Resources at VMock, where she aligned HR strategy with business growth across India and the United States, driving organizational transformation, leadership development, employee experience, talent acquisition, HR governance, and culture building. She earlier served as Group Head – HR at LexInnova, scaling AI and FinTech businesses through rapid workforce expansion, HR digitization, employer branding, and automated performance management systems.

Earlier in her career, she led HR transformation at Healthians, scaling the organization from approximately 100 to over 1,000 employees while building talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, succession planning, and compensation frameworks. At Finlace Consulting, she established the complete HR function from the ground up while supporting an eighteen-fold organizational expansion. She also held progressive HR leadership roles with Future Group, Barclays Shared Services, IBM Daksh Business Process Services, and Convergys, gaining deep expertise across employee relations, business continuity, HR operations, workforce planning, organizational development, and strategic HR business partnering.

Across more than two decades of experience, Neha has developed extensive expertise in HR Business Partnering, AI-driven HR Transformation, Organizational Design, Culture Transformation, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, People Analytics, HR Digitization, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Strategic People Leadership.

Her appointment reflects Cvent’s continued investment in building future-ready people capabilities as it expands its global event technology platform and accelerates innovation across the meetings, hospitality, and business travel ecosystem.
