Dena Clark Appointed as Head of People - Retail at Daisy Communications

Birmingham, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Dena Clark has joined Daisy Communications as the new Head of People – Retail. With an extensive background in human resources and executive support, Dena is poised to drive HR strategies and support for the retail division of the company.

Dena Clark has been with Daisy Communications for over six years. Prior to her current role, she served as an HR Manager since the acquisition of Voice Mobile in June 2018. In her capacity as HR Manager, Dena was responsible for managing HR functions for all sales and commercial operations, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and compliance with company policies. She played a key role in integrating Voice Mobile’s HR practices with Daisy Communications, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.

Before joining Daisy Communications, Dena spent over 16 years at Voice Mobile, where she initially served as an Executive Assistant to the Sales Director. Her role involved a variety of responsibilities, including understanding sales reports, managing diaries, minuting meetings, and overseeing purchasing. She was the primary point of contact for the Sales Director, liaising with clients, customers, and staff, and ensuring strict deadlines were met. Dena also managed all areas of human resources, including company absence, lateness, appointments, staff disciplinaries, grievances, recruitment, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Earlier in her career, Dena worked at GCL Direct in Lead Generation and Appointment Making, where she honed her skills in client relations and customer service.
