Greater Boston , United States, June 2025 – Jessica Garrant has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at OptimizeRx, a healthcare technology leader redefining engagement between life science brands, patients, and healthcare providers. In this strategic position, Jessica will be responsible for driving the company’s HR agenda, fostering organizational effectiveness, and developing people strategies that align with OptimizeRx’s vision for digital healthcare transformation.
Prior to joining OptimizeRx, Jessica held senior leadership roles at Lucy Therapeutics, serving first as Director of Human Resources Strategy and then as Sr. Director, Operations. There, she played a key role in developing HR strategy, process improvement, talent management, and supporting business operations for the fast-growing biotech company.
Before that, Jessica worked with a variety of organizations in both consulting and operational HR roles. At Happy Gnome HR, she was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, offering strategic support on a contract basis, and at Solar Cannabis Co., she served as Human Resources Director, where she led organizational effectiveness and HR transformation initiatives in a rapidly expanding industry.
Jessica has also contributed her HR expertise at organizations such as Diocese of Fall River and NETA (New England Treatment Access, LLC), where she managed key HR functions, payroll, compensation, benefits, and HRIS, while supporting change management and workforce development across complex operations.
Earlier in her career, Jessica held HR and administrative roles at Kerry Foodservice: Island Oasis, Next Generation Vending LLC, and Angels Neurological Centers, developing her foundation in human resources, process improvement, and team management. She is also a self-employed writer and consultant, demonstrating her versatile skillset in both HR and business operations.
