In his new role, Dennis will oversee talent acquisition strategies and initiatives across J.Jill’s corporate, retail, and operational functions, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Dennis’s impressive career in talent acquisition spans over two decades. Prior to joining J.Jill, Dennis served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Staples Stores, where he led recruitment efforts across corporate, retail, distribution centers, and print facilities. During his five years at Staples, Dennis developed innovative strategies incorporating technology, recruitment marketing, and strategic partnerships to support organizational success.
Before Staples, Dennis managed executive recruitment at SharkNinja, designing and executing strategies to attract top-tier talent for key business groups such as marketing, operations, legal, finance, and HR. As Head of U.S. Talent Acquisition at Primark Stores Limited, he played a pivotal role in Primark’s U.S. market entry, developing talent attraction strategies and launching a new careers site to support its global expansion.
Earlier in his career, Dennis held leadership roles at CVS Health, where he developed enterprise-level talent acquisition strategies and led recruitment initiatives that added over 500 corporate headcounts. At The TJX Companies, Inc., he spent over a decade, managing early career talent programs, technical staffing, and leading strategic recruitment efforts.
