Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — KEC International Limited, the flagship company of RPG Enterprises, has announced that Pooja Raheja has started a new chapter as Talent Acquisition Lead. In her new role, Pooja will be responsible for strengthening KEC’s talent acquisition capabilities, supporting workforce growth, and enabling the company’s large-scale infrastructure execution across India and global markets.
Pooja Raheja joined KEC International Limited in December 2025 as Talent Acquisition Lead, based in Mumbai. In this role, she is focused on leading talent acquisition efforts to support the organization’s expanding project portfolio across infrastructure verticals, working closely with business and HR stakeholders to meet current and future talent needs.
Prior to joining KEC, Pooja spent over seven years at Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd, where she served as Lead – Talent Acquisition. In this role, she handled the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, and induction. Alongside recruitment, she was also responsible for Learning Needs Analysis, developing learning calendars, and supporting initiatives related to employee development and engagement.
Before her tenure at Adani Electricity, Pooja was associated with Reliance Infrastructure Ltd for more than a decade as Senior Manager – Training & Development. During this phase of her career, she played a key role in designing and delivering training and development programs, contributing to capability building and workforce readiness in a large infrastructure organization.
Earlier in her career, Pooja worked as Senior Executive – HR at TNT Speedage, gaining foundational experience in human resources operations and people processes, which laid the groundwork for her long-term specialization in talent acquisition and development.
Pooja Raheja holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from IES College, completed between 2005 and 2007.
