Seepika Singhal Appointed as Vice President | India Head, Total Rewards at EXL

Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 — EXL has appointed Seepika Singhal as Vice President | India Head, Total Rewards, marking a significant leadership addition to its people and rewards function in India. In this role, Seepika is responsible for leading compensation and benefits strategy at scale, supporting a large and diverse workforce while driving equitable, data-led rewards frameworks aligned with EXL’s growth ambitions.

In her new role at EXL, Seepika Singhal leads the India Total Rewards agenda, focusing on scalable and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Her mandate includes strengthening reward governance, driving consistency across pay structures, and aligning rewards strategy with business outcomes for a large employee base.

Prior to joining EXL, Seepika spent over three years at Brillio, where she served as Global Head – Total Rewards. During this period, she built and scaled the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, led global rewards transformation initiatives, harmonized benefits across geographies, implemented flexible insurance programs in India, and played a key role in stabilizing rewards during mergers and acquisitions.

Earlier, she held the role of Head – Total Rewards (India & Philippines) at R1 RCM, where she was instrumental in setting up and scaling the Total Rewards function. Her work included global job architecture design, benefits transformation initiatives, and compensation integration during expansion into new geographies.

Seepika has also held leadership roles at HT Media Ltd, Luminous Power Technologies (Schneider Electric Retail business), and Capgemini, where she specialized in compensation consulting, benchmarking, executive compensation planning, incentive design, and rewards analytics. Her early career included HR business partnering and compensation leadership roles at HCL Technologies, along with earlier assignments at Jakson Group and Kotak Life Insurance.

Seepika Singhal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Operations, Marketing and Human Resources from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), with a specialization in International Business and Human Resources.
