Zurich, Switzerland, July 2026 — Zühlke Group has appointed Christina Hübschen as Group Chief People Officer, effective July 1, 2026. She joins the Group Leadership Team and will report to Chief Executive Officer Gregor Bieler, bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across the technology and financial services sectors.
Based in Schlieren, Switzerland, Christina will lead Zühlke’s People & Culture function across all global locations, spanning EMEA, the UK, and APAC. She will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy across the full employee lifecycle, supporting organizational performance, talent development, and long-term growth.
Commenting on the appointment, Gregor Bieler, Chief Executive Officer, Zühlke Group, said:

Christina joins Zühlke from Universal-Investment, where she served as Chief People & Culture Officer, Managing Director, and a member of the Executive Management Team. Alongside leading the organization’s people and culture strategy, she was responsible for corporate communications and internal organization.
Prior to that, she served as Managing Director and a member of the Executive Management Team at Thinkproject. Earlier, she was Chief Human Resources Officer and an Executive Board Member at Avaloq, where she also led the Strategy Office. She began her career at Accenture, spending a decade leading large-scale HR operations across multiple regions.
