Before that, she held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager – HR Business Partner, partnering with senior business leaders on talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development for a global commercial business. She simultaneously led Total Rewards and Payroll Operations for India, overseeing compensation, payroll, incentives, wellness programs, and global compensation framework initiatives while also serving as APAC Compensation & Benefits Manager, driving regional compensation strategy, analytics, and employee experience initiatives. Earlier, she spent nearly five years with IBM, serving as Human Resource Professional and Human Resource Specialist. During this period, she played an important role in HR process transformation, SAP HCM implementation, HR audits, workforce management, compensation programs, HR analytics, talent acquisition, compliance, and HR technology initiatives supporting large-scale organizational operations.

Brunda began her professional career with United Breweries Ltd., where she spent over nine years across technical development and quality management roles, gaining extensive experience in product development, market research, quality systems, process standardization, manufacturing excellence, and cross-functional collaboration before successfully transitioning into human resources leadership.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Human Resource Development (PGDM – PM & HRD) from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management, providing a strong academic foundation for her distinguished career in strategic human resources and organizational leadership.
