Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Amagi has appointed Brunda S Krishnamurthy as Vice President – People Excellence. In her new leadership role, she will shape the company’s people strategy by fostering an inclusive culture, strengthening employee experience, driving workforce planning, leveraging people analytics, and partnering with executive leadership to build a high-performance organization for Amagi’s continued global growth.
Brunda brings nearly three decades of diverse leadership experience spanning human resources, total rewards, compensation and benefits, HR transformation, business partnering, organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, HR technology, and people analytics across global organizations.
Prior to joining Amagi, Brunda spent over 13 years at Pall Corporation, where she progressed through several leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Global Director – Total Rewards, leading the company’s global compensation, benefits, equity, executive rewards, governance, vendor management, acquisitions integration, and total rewards strategy while partnering closely with Finance and regional HR teams to align people investments with business performance.
Earlier at Pall Corporation, she served as Senior Manager – Total Rewards, leading enterprise-wide compensation strategy, pay programs, salary benchmarking, HR systems, incentive design, job architecture, market pricing, and compensation governance. Before that, she held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager – HR Business Partner, partnering with senior business leaders on talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development for a global commercial business. She simultaneously led Total Rewards and Payroll Operations for India, overseeing compensation, payroll, incentives, wellness programs, and global compensation framework initiatives while also serving as APAC Compensation & Benefits Manager, driving regional compensation strategy, analytics, and employee experience initiatives. Earlier in her Pall journey, she served as HR Manager, leading HR operations, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions integration, talent management, employee engagement, and HR process transformation across India.
Before joining Pall Corporation, Brunda was Manager – Human Resources at Waters Corporation, where she partnered with business leaders on strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, compensation benchmarking, digital HR transformation, employer branding, and organizational capability building across multiple geographies.
Earlier, she spent nearly five years with IBM, serving as Human Resource Professional and Human Resource Specialist. During this period, she played an important role in HR process transformation, SAP HCM implementation, HR audits, workforce management, compensation programs, HR analytics, talent acquisition, compliance, and HR technology initiatives supporting large-scale organizational operations.
Brunda began her professional career with United Breweries Ltd., where she spent over nine years across technical development and quality management roles, gaining extensive experience in product development, market research, quality systems, process standardization, manufacturing excellence, and cross-functional collaboration before successfully transitioning into human resources leadership.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Human Resource Development (PGDM – PM & HRD) from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management, providing a strong academic foundation for her distinguished career in strategic human resources and organizational leadership.
Her appointment reinforces Amagi’s commitment to strengthening its people-first culture as the company continues expanding its leadership position in cloud-native broadcast, streaming, and media technology solutions globally.
