Brittany has played a pivotal role in shaping El Car Wash’s people strategy, helping the organization scale its workforce, strengthen leadership capabilities, and establish robust talent development systems across multiple markets. Her promotion reflects the company’s commitment to investing in its people and culture as it continues its growth journey across the United States.
Prior to her appointment as Chief People Officer, Brittany served as Senior Vice President of People & Organizational Development at El Car Wash. In this role, she led enterprise-wide people strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, corporate communications, and talent initiatives. She worked closely with the executive leadership team to align workforce strategies with long-term business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and high performance.
Earlier, she served as Vice President of Learning and Development, where she was responsible for establishing and scaling the company’s learning and development function. She designed and implemented enterprise-wide training programs, leadership development initiatives, and organizational learning strategies that supported the company’s rapid expansion and evolving workforce needs.
Before joining El Car Wash, Brittany spent more than 12 years with Orangetheory Fitness, where she held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Learning and Development, leading global learning strategies supporting more than 18,000 employees across 20 countries. Under her leadership, the company implemented a global learning management system, significantly enhanced employee engagement, and earned multiple industry recognitions for learning excellence.
During her tenure at Orangetheory Fitness, she also served as Senior Manager of Learning Development & Design, Customer Service & Training Manager, and Studio Training Manager, building deep expertise in leadership development, organizational culture, employee engagement, learning technologies, and talent management. She additionally co-founded empow[HER], a women’s advancement initiative focused on supporting the personal and professional growth of women throughout the Orangetheory network.
Brittany’s elevation to Chief People Officer comes as El Car Wash continues to expand its footprint, serve a growing customer base, and strengthen its position as one of the fastest-growing car wash brands in the United States.
