In this strategic leadership role, Derek will continue shaping Peloton’s people vision and culture, aligning talent and capability development with the company’s mission of driving digital transformation globally.
Derek has been part of Peloton Consulting Group for over ten years, where he has played an instrumental role in strengthening the company’s global human capital strategy. Most recently, as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, he led enterprise-wide talent initiatives, overseeing global recruitment, workforce strategy, and leadership development. Prior to that, as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Derek was pivotal in designing scalable hiring frameworks to support Peloton’s rapid growth across regions and service lines.
Before joining Peloton, Derek served as Practice Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences at Millennium Consulting, where he managed talent acquisition, client relationships, and strategic hiring across high-impact technology and healthcare domains. His ability to blend business acumen with a people-first approach helped drive strong client partnerships and operational excellence.
Earlier in his career, Derek spent more than four years with Apex Systems, where he grew from Technical Recruiter to Technical Recruitment Lead, managing recruitment delivery for national accounts and mentoring teams across multiple verticals including engineering, finance, and telecommunications. His early experience at Cooks Collision and other firms further honed his skills in technical staffing, leadership development, and client management.
