Deutsche Telekom announced the appointment of Janine Rensmann as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)/Senior Vice President for Technology & Innovation. With a tenure starting in March 2024, Rensmann is set to take over the role in Bonn, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, promising to bring a fresh perspective and innovative leadership to the company’s HR department.
Rensmann, whose career at Deutsche Telekom spans over 16 years, has evolved through several significant roles, demonstrating her versatility and leadership in various capacities. Prior to her new role, she served as Vice President/Business Owner of Technology Hub – Technology Delivery International, showcasing her ability to lead and innovate within the company’s technological sectors.
Her previous roles within Deutsche Telekom have included Vice President HR Business Partner Delivery – Technology & Innovation and VP Restructuring Management – Technology & Innovation, where she was instrumental in guiding transformation projects and strategic HR initiatives. Rensmann’s leadership skills were further honed during her time as a Senior Project Manager HR for Europe & Technology, and earlier, during her involvement in Deutsche Telekom’s Change- and Culture Management.
Before her extensive tenure with Deutsche Telekom, Rensmann contributed her expertise to T-Mobile, both within the USA and internationally, focusing on product marketing and strategic projects. This diverse experience underscores her ability to navigate and lead within complex business environments and technological landscapes.
