Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 — Unisys has announced the appointment of Devina Kashyap, SHRM-SCP as its new Senior Director, Global Talent Development and Management. With more than 15 years of progressive leadership across talent management, HR strategy, and organizational development, Devina brings extensive expertise in driving people transformation and building global talent ecosystems.
Devina has been with Unisys since 2019, holding multiple senior roles that have shaped the company’s global people agenda. Most recently, she served as Global People and Organization Development Leader and prior to that as Global Human Resources Director, where she led people strategy and HR operations across diverse markets. Earlier, as Global Talent Transformation Leader, she spearheaded initiatives embedding AI in recruitment, transforming end-to-end hiring processes, and implementing global vendor management strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
Before joining Unisys, Devina was with Mylan as Senior Manager – Regional HR for Emerging Markets (APAC, Latin America, and Africa). In this role, she introduced employee engagement initiatives, performance process redesign, and succession planning frameworks that strengthened organizational capability across multiple regions.
Her earlier career includes impactful stints at Alstom as Global Manager – Talent Partner, where she collaborated with HRBPs across 60 countries to deliver global talent acquisition and employer branding strategies; at Ola as People Strategy Partner, contributing to HR restructuring and ERP implementation; and at Atkins as Learning and Organization Development Lead, India, where she managed OD interventions and performance management systems across APAC. Devina began her professional journey as an Associate Software Engineer at Frontline Consulting Services, giving her a strong foundation in technology before transitioning into human resources.
