Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 — Dhiraj Singh has joined Flipkart as the Director of Employee Relations, bringing over two decades of experience in human resources and industrial relations. Before this role, he spent nearly one decade at Unilever, where he last served as Category HR Head – Foods, Refreshments & Nutrition. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in prominent organizations, including Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, JUSCO (A Tata Enterprise), and Rinac India Limited. With expertise in human resources management, legal compliance, performance management, and grievance handling, Singh is set to play a pivotal role in shaping employee relations at Flipkart.
Before joining Flipkart, Singh also gained experience at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages as Team Leader HR, managing employee relations and HR policies, and at JUSCO Limited – A Tata Enterprise as Manager IR, focusing on industrial relations. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from Xavier Institute of Social Service, specializing in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. His leadership at Flipkart is expected to drive employee engagement, workplace compliance, and a positive organizational culture.
