Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Dhwani Mudgal has joined Abbott India as Group Product Manager, bringing a strong background in brand strategy, product marketing, and go-to-market execution within the pharmaceutical industry. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving brand growth, launching new products, and strengthening Abbott’s market positioning in India.
With over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Dhwani has previously contributed to brand development, sales strategy, and marketing innovations at USV Private Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Celogen Pharma Pvt Ltd. Her expertise in therapeutic marketing and portfolio management will be instrumental in enhancing Abbott’s product offerings and expanding its presence in key markets.
Before joining Abbott, Dhwani Mudgal served at USV Private Limited for over three years, where she held roles as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. She played a key role in go-to-market strategies and product portfolio expansion, contributing to the success of major brands like Glycomet-GP.
Prior to that, she was associated with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited for over two years, where she worked as Assistant Brand Manager and Brand Management Trainee. She successfully led brand positioning initiatives and gained hands-on experience in marketing execution and business strategy.
Her early career includes a role as Product Management Trainee at Celogen Pharma Pvt Ltd, where she worked on market analysis projects in the oncology segment, gaining valuable insights into domestic and international pharmaceutical markets.
With a strong foundation in pharmaceutical marketing, brand strategy, and product lifecycle management, Dhwani’s expertise will be crucial in driving Abbott India’s product innovation and market expansion.
