Arlington, Virginia, United States, July 2025 – Diana Leadbetter has joined Clarity as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing with her nearly two decades of HR leadership experience in large, mission-driven organizations across federal technology and defense sectors. In her new role, Diana will lead all facets of the people strategy, including talent development, culture building, performance transformation, and employee engagement as Clarity continues its expansion as a force-enhancing software innovator supporting national security.
Before joining Clarity, Diana served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at CACI International Inc for nearly three years, where she was responsible for executing sector-wide talent strategies and driving people-focused innovation across the organization.
Previously, she was Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Halfaker and Associates (a $250M technology solutions company), where she led end-to-end HR strategy and later oversaw successful people integration during its acquisition by SAIC. Diana also spent over 7 years at General Dynamics Information Technology, rising through the ranks from HR Manager to Director of Talent Development and People Analytics. Her tenure was marked by the creation of enterprise-wide frameworks in performance, succession, mobility, and technical development for a 30,000-strong workforce.
Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at PwC and EY, where she gained foundational experience in HR operations supporting large consulting practices. These early experiences gave her a strong grounding in employee support, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Mason University. Her background in behavioral sciences, combined with deep industry experience, makes her uniquely positioned to build impactful HR strategies aligned with Clarity’s growth and innovation agenda.
