London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Paydock has announced the appointment of Diane Jolly as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, she will oversee global people strategy, culture, and talent development, ensuring that Paydock continues to scale its operations with a strong, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
Jolly most recently served as Human Resources Shared Services Manager at The Sir John Brunner Foundation, where she successfully led the design and implementation of a newly created HR shared services team, strengthening organizational processes and workforce support.
Before that, she spent over six years at Coleg Cambria as HR Director, where she drove strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, and large-scale change management. Her tenure focused on embedding robust people strategies, total rewards initiatives, and workforce development programs to support long-term institutional growth.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at several major organizations, including Ultra Electronics Airport Systems as Interim Head of HR, Avecto as HR Director, and GLORY as HR Director – Europe, where she developed and implemented HR frameworks to support multinational operations.
Her HR career began with pivotal roles at De La Rue, Balfour Beatty Utilities, and Mouchel plc, where she gained over a decade of experience in HR advisory and managerial positions, laying a strong foundation in employee relations, benefits design, and organizational development.
