Norwalk, Connecticut, United States, April 2026 — Diane Quick has stepped into a new role as Head of HR – Americas at IRIS Software Group, a private equity-backed software firm. In this position, she is responsible for shaping and executing people strategy across the region, partnering with business leaders to align workforce planning, talent development, and engagement initiatives with growth objectives, while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Before joining IRIS Software Group, Diane Quick founded Quick HR Solutions, where she has been serving as Founder and senior HR executive, providing expertise in HR strategy, change management, executive coaching, and M&A. This role reflects her continued leadership in advisory and transformation-focused HR work alongside her broader executive career.
A significant phase of her professional journey was built at Pitney Bowes, where she spent more than two decades across multiple senior HR leadership roles. These included Vice President Human Resources Business Partner, Vice President Human Resources Global Corporate Functions, Vice President Human Resources Digital Commerce, Director Human Resources Document Messaging Technologies, and Director Change Management. Her progression across these roles reflects deep experience in HR strategy, organizational design, cultural integration, employee relations, business partnership, and large-scale change management.
With experience spanning IRIS Software Group, Quick HR Solutions, and Pitney Bowes, Diane Quick brings a strong and well-rounded background in people strategy, organizational transformation, executive coaching, and change leadership. Her appointment as Head of HR – Americas is expected to support IRIS Software Group’s continued growth and strengthen its people agenda across the region.
