Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Digwanta Chakraborty has joined Outscale Partners as Head of Human Resources & Communication, a strategic leadership role that also covers Abright Labs, both part of the Argenbright Group. Digwanta is set to play a pivotal role in driving the HR and communication strategy as the company scales globally and strengthens its identity as a leading capability centre within the Argenbright ecosystem.
Prior to joining Outscale Partners, Digwanta served as Regional Head of Human Resources at Trinity LLP for three years, where he was responsible for aligning people operations across India and global offices. He played a key role in talent strategy, performance management, employer branding, and compensation benchmarking while collaborating closely with cross-geography HR and business leaders. His leadership contributed to a strong talent pipeline, improved campus engagement, and enhanced employee experience.
Earlier, he spent four years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Head of Human Resources for Digital BCG India, where he led talent development, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion strategies. Digwanta partnered with regional and global leaders to build leadership pipelines, deploy innovative HR programs, and oversee end-to-end recruitment across deep tech and digital roles. He also served as the custodian for performance management and leadership development initiatives across APAC.
Previously, he held the position of Head of Human Resources Strategy & Digital Consulting at Accenture, where he led HR operations across India and APAC. Over nearly five years, he drove major initiatives in talent acquisition, compensation benchmarking, employee risk management, and employer branding. His leadership helped articulate and implement long-term people strategies aligned with the business’s transformation journey.
Digwanta began his HR journey with NEC Corporation of America in Tokyo, Japan, where he served as Human Resources Manager for over six years. His role involved spearheading HR strategy, employee engagement, and operations across international functions. He holds a postgraduate degree in People Operations Strategy from the Indian School of Business.
