Atlanta, Georgia, USA, April 2024 – Dilshan Ratnayake has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Apptega. With a rich background in human resources and organizational leadership, Dilshan is poised to lead Apptega’s People and Culture initiatives, driving strategic growth and enhancing employee experience.
At CodeHuman, Dilshan served as the Managing Principal, providing end-to-end organizational advisory services focused on people strategy, performance coaching, and executive coaching for hyper-growth companies.
Prior to this, Dilshan was the Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer at Securonix for nearly three years. Here, he led the company through significant growth and transformation, including its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2022.
Dilshan also held various leadership roles at Sabre Corporation for over four years, including Head of Human Resources for Global Development Centers, Technology Transformation, and Product Development. His strategic initiatives significantly contributed to the company’s technological and operational advancements.
Before Sabre, Dilshan spent nearly 15 years at Aramark in multiple roles, culminating as the Senior Director of National Partnership Development in the Education Sector. His tenure at Aramark was marked by strategic HR leadership and significant organizational development.
Earlier in his career, Dilshan worked at EY as a Staff Consultant in Global Learning Technology, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Director at Aramark, where he led various HR initiatives and organizational transformations.
