Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Dinesh Kumar Dua has been promoted to Associate Vice President – Corporate HR (Head Payroll, Compensation & Employee Benefit) at Max Healthcare, continuing his nearly nine-year journey with the organization. In his new role, Dinesh will spearhead payroll strategy, compensation structures, and employee benefits for the group’s pan-India operations.
Dinesh has been an integral part of Max Healthcare since 2016, having taken on increasing responsibilities in payroll and compensation management. Most recently, he served as General Manager – Head Payroll, Compensation & Employee Benefits, where he played a critical role in shaping equitable pay structures, ensuring compliance, and managing large-scale benefit schemes across the healthcare system.
Prior to Max Healthcare, he spent over seven years at Doosan Power Systems India, where he held the position of Senior Manager – Corporate HR (Head C&B and Payroll). In this capacity, Dinesh was instrumental in structuring performance-based compensation models, streamlining global mobility policies, and leading salary benchmarking exercises with global consultants such as Mercer and Hay Group.
He began his career in HR and payroll operations at Omega Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd., before moving on to manage critical payroll and compliance functions at Amsoft Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Doosan, honing deep expertise in HR operations, compensation planning, statutory compliance, and international mobility management.
