London, Ontario, Canada, September 2024 — Emily Moroz has been appointed as the Head of People & Talent for North America at Trackunit. In this pivotal role, Emily will oversee the human resources strategies across North America, ensuring alignment with Trackunit’s mission to innovate and lead in the construction technology sector.
Emily has been with Trackunit for nearly six years, starting as a Human Resources Generalist and progressing to the role of People Business Partner for North America. During her tenure, she played an instrumental role in advancing HR policies and employee engagement strategies, which positioned her as a key leader in the company’s HR department.
Prior to joining Trackunit, Emily worked at Digital Echidna for over a year as a Human Resources Coordinator, where she was responsible for coordinating recruitment processes and supporting staff development programs.
Before Digital Echidna, Emily held the position of HR Administrator at Concentric Associates International Incorporated for nearly a year. In this role, she handled HR administrative tasks and supported the department’s daily operations, providing valuable support to the HR team.
