San Francisco Bay Area, September 2024 – Abby Dare has been appointed as the Head of People at QUAY. In her new role, Abby will oversee the People Operations, focusing on enhancing the organization’s internal communications and culture to boost employee engagement and optimize recruitment processes.
Prior to joining QUAY, Abby Dare was a Senior People Leader where she worked as a self-employed consultant from May 2024 to August 2024. During this brief period, she led several consulting projects in talent development, acquisition, organizational development, and performance, achieving significant enhancements in employee engagement and retention through innovative strategies.
Before her consulting role, Abby served as Director of HR Integration at Mondelēz International for over a year, where she was instrumental in integrating HR processes post the acquisition of Clif Bar & Company. Her efforts were crucial in redesigning processes to maximize synergy and value creation, mapping HR systems, and enhancing internal communications.
Earlier, she was the Director of People Planning and Performance at Clif Bar & Company for nearly two years, leading a team responsible for integrating the full talent lifecycle to optimize performance, inclusion, and employee experience.
Abby also held significant roles at Clif Bar & Company, starting as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as an HR Business Partner, where she provided strategic partnership and coaching, and led key HR initiatives that doubled the employee size through international expansions and integrations.
