Dom brings over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, spanning leadership roles in advisory, brokerage, and capital markets. His deep understanding of the Philippine property landscape, combined with his track record in leading high-performing teams, positions him strongly to accelerate Cushman & Wakefield’s growth in the country.

In his most recent role, Dom served as Executive Director at Colliers, where he led key business verticals, drove revenue growth, and strengthened enterprise relationships. Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Director, where he oversaw strategic client engagement, occupier solutions, and large-scale commercial leasing operations. Dom’s earlier leadership experience as Director at Colliers focused on managing cross-functional teams and expanding client portfolios across commercial and corporate real estate solutions. His contributions included oversight of regional clients, complex lease negotiations, and long-term strategic planning.

Earlier in his career, he progressed through multiple specialist and mid-management roles within Colliers, gaining extensive exposure across research, consultancy, property valuation, and client advisory initiatives.
