In this role, Dominic will lead the talent acquisition function, focusing on audit, optimization, branding, attraction, and strategic initiatives to align with ESG Book’s mission. He will work through Adaptor to drive a robust talent strategy that leverages technology, tools, data, and insights for effective talent management.
Before joining ESG Book, Dominic served as Lead Talent Partner and Advisor at Adaptor, where he has been providing talent strategy and advisory services to help businesses optimize their recruitment processes. His current focus on streamlining talent acquisition workflows and ensuring seamless candidate experiences aligns with ESG Book’s goal to attract top talent.

Dominic also founded KDA Talent, where he operates as a Talent Acquisition Leader and Advisor. Over the past year and a half, he has supported high-growth companies in developing sustainable hiring strategies and enhancing employer branding. His role involves auditing, consulting, and coaching teams to build self-sustaining hiring processes, underscoring his expertise in nurturing talent functions that are both strategic and scalable.
Prior to his advisory roles, Dominic was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Bumble, where he spent over a year leading recruitment initiatives for the company’s remote teams. His tenure focused on customer success, mentoring, and fostering a positive candidate experience, essential skills that he brings to his new role at ESG Book.
Dominic’s earlier career includes over eight years with Lorien, where he held multiple positions, including Recruitment Director and Team Manager. His progression at Lorien reflects his expertise in customer success, business strategy, and mentoring, with a focus on optimizing recruitment practices and supporting organizational growth.
