Morris brings with her a wealth of experience in innovative people solutions, agile team development, and building high-performance cultures. At Walmart, she leads Global People initiatives that focus on enhancing the associate experience for over 2 million associates worldwide, including 1.6 million in the U.S. Her work emphasizes a people-led, tech-powered approach that integrates digital tools and AI to improve employee well-being, growth, and belonging.

Her exceptional contributions to the field have earned her spots on the inaugural Forbes Future of Work 50 list, Mass Market Retailer’s Most Influential Women in Retailing, and Human Resource Executive’s Top 100 HR Tech Influencer list.
