Dr. Banerjee, a distinguished HR, learning, and leadership development professional, brings two decades of experience from multinational conglomerates across diverse industries to her new role at FIS.
With an extensive background that includes strategic roles at Siemens AG, Capgemini, ABB Ltd., and Standard Chartered Group, Dr. Banerjee has proven her expertise in areas such as organizational development, leadership development, and cross-culture team development. Her most recent position as the Head of Learning and Development at Voya India showcased her ability to oversee capability development across various business units and lead significant change management and leadership development initiatives.
In her new position at FIS, Dr. Banerjee is set to play a crucial role in advancing the company’s learning and development strategies. Her responsibilities will include enhancing the company’s global learning initiatives, fostering talent development, and ensuring that FIS continues to lead in innovation and excellence in the fintech sector.
