Druhi brings a strong track record across digital strategy, brand building, performance marketing, and team leadership, having delivered high-impact growth initiatives across leading digital marketing organisations. Prior to joining The Hindu, she spent nearly four years with Social Beat, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Associate Vice President – Growth & Client Success and Associate Vice President – Strategic Account Management, where she also served as Bangalore Head, spearheading strategic account leadership, business acquisition, and AI-driven initiatives.
At Social Beat, she played a key role in scaling business outcomes across multiple brands—driving high conversion growth, strengthening client success frameworks, and enabling organisational initiatives rooted in culture, process excellence, and leadership impact. She also led national-level strategy initiatives and delivered large-scale campaigns across diverse sectors, including healthcare, mobility, retail, and real estate.
Earlier, Druhi worked at NP Digital as Head – Brand & Social Media (India), where she built social media as a structured vertical and scaled high-performing brand programs through research-led content strategies, platform optimisation, reporting systems, and team capability building. Her journey also includes formative early experience at MullenLowe Lintas Group as a Graphic Designer Intern, strengthening her creative and brand communication foundation.
