Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Colliers India has appointed Durgesh Shrivastava as Managing Director | Office Services | Pune. In this role, he will work closely with regional leadership and lead a high-performing Office Services team to accelerate outcomes for clients, with a focus on business development, lead management, revenue forecasting, team development, and client engagement strategy.
Durgesh brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate advisory and corporate leasing across Pune, with a strong track record in tenant advisory, corporate office leasing, and project marketing, supported by leadership experience across leading real estate services firms.
Before joining Colliers India, he spent over nine years at Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as Executive Director & Head – Tenant Advisory Group, where he led tenant advisory engagements and client strategy across the Pune market. Earlier at the firm, he served as Manager, working across project marketing and corporate office leasing.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Durgesh worked with JLL as AVP, where he handled responsibilities spanning corporate leasing, project marketing, lease administration, CRM, and business development in Pune.
Earlier in his career, he was City Head at Big Deal Properties, focused on project marketing, and served with 99acres.com (Naukri.com Group), Info Edge India Ltd as Business Manager – Pune, after joining the organization in a sales role and progressing through leadership responsibilities. In that capacity, he led branch sales operations, managed teams, and supported market penetration and share growth.
He began his career in sales with Asian Paints, serving as Sales Officer and later as Project Sales Officer, managing dealer networks and leading project sales operations in Pune.
