Sharing her perspective on the new role, Missy Jerome highlighted her commitment to building a mission-driven, high-performance culture, emphasizing the importance of empowering teams and driving meaningful impact in healthcare through people-centric strategies.
Prior to joining ConcertAI, Missy Jerome served as Chief People Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network, where she led a team of HR professionals overseeing the full employee lifecycle. During her tenure, she established an internal communications function, enhanced employee engagement initiatives, and implemented innovative HR programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, she was VP People at Simply Business, where she was part of the U.S. Executive team and led the people organization, focusing on building an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with business growth. Her leadership contributed to strengthening employee experience and organizational capability.
Missy also spent over six years at athenahealth, where she progressed through multiple roles including Global Executive Director Human Resources, Director Human Resources, Senior Manager HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner Manager. She led HR business partner teams across geographies, designed and implemented talent management programs, and supported large-scale workforce strategies, significantly enhancing employee engagement and productivity.
In the early phase of her career, she held key roles at Yodle, where she advanced from Corporate Recruiter to Recruiting Manager, leading full-cycle recruitment and building talent pipelines for critical roles. She also gained foundational HR experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Signature Healthcare, PLLC, and began her career in staffing and talent advisory with Atrium Staffing, developing strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
