Denver, Colorado, United States, February 2025 – Ealga ni Aodha has joined Patch My PC as Vice President, People, bringing a wealth of experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy. In her new role, she will lead people operations, talent initiatives, and culture transformation to support the company’s growth and innovation in the enterprise software sector.
Ealga’s expertise spans organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR operations in fast-paced technology environments. At Patch My PC, she will focus on enhancing workforce strategies, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving employee success as the company continues to scale.
Prior to joining Patch My PC, Ealga was Vice President, Talent at Uplight, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s talent management and strategy. Over her three-year tenure, she led leadership development programs, enhanced employee experience, and implemented workforce planning strategies to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Before that, she spent nearly three years at Twilio, where she held the positions of Principal Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness and Chief of Staff. She led culture transformation projects, talent optimization strategies, and organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment between people operations and business performance.
Ealga’s experience also includes five years at SendGrid, where she progressed through roles in organizational development, HR generalist functions, and program management. Her contributions included building talent pipelines, optimizing leadership training programs, and fostering a high-performance culture in a growing tech organization.
Ealga holds an MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Limerick and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education from The Open University. Her academic background in organizational psychology and workforce planning has been instrumental in shaping her career in HR leadership.
