Prior to her appointment, Jacobs was the founder of Jacobs Consulting & Management Firm, providing strategic guidance to MedTech companies to enhance their growth trajectories and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Her career also includes significant leadership roles at Accelus, Joimax, Medacta, Zimmer Biomet, and LDR.
Matthieu Ville, joining as the Vice President of Marketing, is recognized for his innovative contributions to the orthopedic industry, including work on Medtronic’s UNiD patient-specific solutions and NuVasive’s Pulse Platform. In his new role, Ville will lead global marketing initiatives, focusing on product development, strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility.
