Before joining Beamery, Erinn served as Chief Marketing Officer at Visual Lease, where she led branding, demand generation, and compliance-focused marketing initiatives. During her tenure, she helped position Visual Lease as the #1 lease optimization solution provider, used by over 1,500 organizations worldwide.

Prior to that, she was SVP of Marketing at Namely, a leading HR software company, where she drove strategic marketing initiatives to empower mid-sized businesses in managing their workforce efficiently. Her leadership included aligning product offerings with market needs and scaling marketing efforts across key business areas.
Erinn’s career also includes an extensive tenure at iCIMS, where she rose to the position of Vice President of Marketing & Communications, leading initiatives in demand generation, partner marketing, and corporate communications. Her work at iCIMS was pivotal in establishing the company as a leader in talent acquisition solutions.
Earlier roles at companies like PurchasingNet, Inc. and her experience in media strategy and branding with advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather have contributed to her expertise in B2B and consumer technology marketing.
