Eden DiGregorio brings extensive expertise in global human resources management, HRIT, and talent management to her new position at RaySecur Inc. Before joining RaySecur, Eden was the Sr. Director, Human Resources Operations, Systems, Total Rewards at Flagship Pioneering for nearly two years. In this role, she excelled in total rewards, operations management, strategy, and senior stakeholder management.
Prior to Flagship Pioneering, Eden served as the Head (Sr. Director) of Human Resources at Greeley, a Chartis Group company, where she managed regulatory compliance, HRIS, talent management, and compensation for nearly four years. Her previous roles include Head of Business Operations & Human Resources at Goldfinch Bio, Human Resources & Operations Consultant, and Senior Vice President, Executive Director at Women Corporate Directors. Eden also held leadership positions in legal operations and HR at Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC, and Murphy Reid, L.L.P., demonstrating her versatility and leadership across diverse industries.
