New York, United States, February 2026 – Ness Digital Engineering has announced the appointment of Sudip Singh as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2026, as the company enters its next phase of growth in the AI-driven economy.
Sudip succeeds Dr. Ranjit Tinaikar, who steps down after six successful years leading the organization. On his appointment, Sudip stated: “Ness’ strong engineering heritage and deep domain specialization have built platforms that run some of the world’s most critical businesses. This foundation uniquely positions Ness to navigate the AI economy – where value comes from delivering business outcomes. Sudip brings nearly three decades of global leadership experience across technology, engineering services, and client transformation. Most recently, he served as CEO & Managing Director at ITC Infotech, where he led the organization through a significant growth phase, strengthening its global positioning and digital capabilities.
Prior to ITC Infotech, Sudip held multiple senior leadership roles at Infosys, including Global Industry Head – Energy, Utilities, Resources & Services, and Senior Vice President & Global Business Unit Head – Engineering Services, where he was responsible for strategic direction, financial performance, and full P&L leadership. His earlier roles at Infosys and Infosys BPO spanned sales leadership, client relationship management, aerospace and defense portfolio oversight, and business development across North America and Europe. He began his career with TAS (Tata Administrative Services), gaining cross-functional exposure across Tata Group companies.
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (PGDM, Marketing) and Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi (B.Tech, Chemical Engineering), Sudip combines strong technical foundations with strategic business leadership.
With deep experience in engineering services, AI-led transformation, and client-centric growth strategies, Sudip is poised to lead Ness Digital Engineering into its next chapter of intelligent data and software innovation.
