Vilnius, Lithuania, December 2025 – SOS vaikų kaimai Lietuva has appointed Eglė Pukelevičiūtė as Chief Human Resources Officer, marking a significant leadership transition in the organisation’s people and culture function. In her new role, Eglė Pukelevičiūtė will be responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy, strengthening organisational culture, and supporting the organisation’s mission-driven work across Lithuania.
In her current appointment, Eglė Pukelevičiūtė has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at SOS vaikų kaimai Lietuva, transitioning into a senior leadership position after several years of progressive responsibility within the organisation. Her appointment reflects continuity and deep institutional understanding, having worked closely with teams across recruitment, culture, HR operations, and people development.
Prior to this role, Eglė Pukelevičiūtė served as People and Culture Partner at FL Technics, Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organisation, where she spent close to three years supporting business units and department managers on people-related matters. Her responsibilities included workforce planning, competency development, HR project leadership, implementation of HR initiatives, and supporting mid-level leadership development through internal training programs.
Earlier, she was associated with SOS vaikų kaimai Lietuva as an HR People Partner, where she managed end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding and retention, organisational culture initiatives, HR process optimisation, employee consultations on labour law matters, and coordination of HR programs and projects. This role further strengthened her grounding in people-centric HR practices within the non-profit and social impact sector.
Before that, Eglė Pukelevičiūtė worked as an HR Specialist, handling HR documentation, policy creation and maintenance, recruitment projects, talent management initiatives, and employee consultations. Her early professional journey also includes roles as HR Specialist at Magneta Logistics, HR Specialist at BOD Group, and experience as a Lawyer at the 32nd Notary Office of Vilnius City, where she focused on drafting legal documents and advising on civil law matters—providing her with a strong legal foundation relevant to HR and labour law.
Eglė Pukelevičiūtė holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, completed between 2010 and 2016.
