Borås, Västra Götaland, Sweden, October 2024 – Elaine West has been named the new Chief People Officer at ROL Group. In her new role, Elaine will lead the human resources function, driving people strategies that align with ROL Group’s mission to create innovative environments. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Elaine is expected to enhance the company’s employee engagement and talent management efforts.
Prior to joining ROL Group, Elaine served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Care of Sweden AB for over three years. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping HR policies and aligning them with business goals, contributing to the company’s success in the healthcare sector.
Elaine has also held various HR roles, including HR Specialist at Borås Stad and HR Manager at Topborn AB, where she developed her expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and leadership development. Her career also includes working as a Recruiter and Consultant Manager at Effektiv and holding board positions, such as Board Member at KFUM Borås Basket.
Beyond her corporate roles, Elaine is a Mentor and Guest Lecturer at the University of Borås, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of HR professionals.
