Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, May 2024 – Elisha Cahill has joined QBANK as the new Chief People & Culture Officer. With extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership, Elisha is set to drive transformative change and strengthen the organization’s culture.
Before joining QBANK, Elisha served as the Human Resources Business Manager at QIC from April 2012 to May 2024. In this strategic HR leadership role, she worked across Australia, the UK, and US funds management business units, evolving both strategic and operational people initiatives across various jurisdictions.
Prior to QIC, she was the Human Resources Manager at Allianz Global Assistance from August 2007 to March 2012. Elisha led change management and project management initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Elisha also worked at The AOT Group from 2005 to 2007 as an HR Advisor, where she gained valuable experience in project management and talent management, contributing significantly to the company’s HR strategies.
Elisha’s earlier career includes roles in various organizations, where she honed her skills in HR advisory and project management, further solidifying her expertise in the human resources field.
Celebrating its 60th anniversary, QBANK is a financial institution that supports those who contribute to Queensland’s communities. Originally founded as the Queensland Police Credit Union in 1964, QBANK has expanded to include members from emergency services, nursing, and the public sector.
