Julie Clement Appointed as Chief People & Culture Officer at Atlanta Mission

Atlanta, Georgia, United States, May 2024 – Julie Clement has joined Atlanta Mission as the new Chief People & Culture Officer. Bringing her extensive experience in human resources leadership, Julie aims to enhance the organization’s talent strategy and drive transformative change.

Before joining Atlanta Mission, Julie served as North America Director, Human Resources at Novelis from December 2019 to March 2024. At Novelis, she was responsible for leading HR strategies and fostering a positive work culture across the Specialties value stream, providing strategic HRBP support to VP, Operations, and Plant Managers, and overseeing all aspects of human capital strategy.

Prior to Novelis, she was the Chief People Officer at Vology. At Vology, Julie developed and implemented leadership training programs, fostered an employee feedback-oriented culture, and instituted formal employee career development plans and succession planning.

Julie also served as the Vice President, Solutions Consulting at Greenway Health. In this role, she led a team of 20 Solutions and Revenue Cycle Management Consultants, supported technical discovery, solutions presentation, and knowledge transfer activities associated with both retention and revenue production, and developed a career pathing program for the Solutions Consulting organization.

Before Greenway Health, Julie was the Vice President of Human Resources at MyUS.com. She developed and led the company’s HR strategy with a focus on leadership development, productivity, performance, health and wellness, and employee engagement.

Earlier in her career, Julie held various senior roles at CoAdvantage, including Vice President, Client Services and Vice President, National Sales Operations. She managed client management, retention, human resources product development, and led a national team of HR Consultants. Julie also held multiple roles at Ceridian, including VP, Sales – East Region and VP, Direct Marketing & Lead Management.

At Gevity HR, she held various leadership positions, including VP, Client HR Services, VP, National Sales Operations, and Director, Field Operations. She also worked at Randstad as Senior Market Manager, managing new sales production and existing client revenue for the west Florida region.
