Garrett has been with The Collier Companies for over five years. Prior to his promotion, he served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development, where he was instrumental in advancing the company’s human capital strategy. His leadership resulted in enhanced recruitment efforts, the successful implementation of new systems like the PayCom ATS, and innovative approaches to improving team member experiences, including increasing Glassdoor ratings from 1.9 to 4.6 stars during his tenure.

Before joining The Collier Companies, Garrett honed his expertise at The Suddath Companies as a Workplace Executive, where he developed business strategies and managed complex projects for premier clients such as Lockheed Martin and BayCare. His tenure included leading cross-functional initiatives, building networks, and driving consistent sales growth.
Garrett’s early career includes roles at ADT, where he excelled in residential sales and customer service, and The Collier Companies, where he initially served as a Talent Acquisition Leader.
