Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Pawan Koyal has joined Knight Frank India as Executive Director and Head – Facilities and Asset Management Services, marking an important milestone in his illustrious career spanning over two decades in real estate, facilities management, and strategic operations.

In his new role, Pawan will lead the firm’s Facilities and Asset Management Services business, focusing on delivering integrated, sustainable, and technology-enabled solutions that enhance asset value, operational efficiency, and client experience. His leadership is set to drive the expansion of Knight Frank’s service portfolio, further strengthening its position as a trusted partner in the real estate and built environment sector.

Pawan brings a rich blend of entrepreneurial and corporate experience to the role. As Founder of Denali Assets and Chief Enabler at PropertyFlex, he pioneered tech-enabled facility and asset management models, combining innovation, sustainability, and efficiency. Under his leadership, Denali Assets became one of India’s most recognized integrated facility management firms, managing over 16 million sq. ft. across diverse asset classes and earning multiple awards including the British Safety Council Award and iNFHRA accolades in sustainability and safety.

Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Pawan held senior leadership positions at JLL, where he served as Regional Business Director – Facilities Management, West India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. He led operations for marquee clients such as Accenture, Capgemini, JP Morgan, and Reliance Industries, earning multiple JLL APAC Excellence Awards for innovation in procurement, public transport planning, and technology initiatives. His earlier stints include leadership roles at Tatweer Industrial Inspection Dubai and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where he was instrumental in implementing global best practices in procurement, sustainability, and administrative excellence.

With his deep expertise in smart facilities management, sustainability frameworks, and client-centered innovation, Pawan is well-positioned to steer Knight Frank India towards a new era of growth, excellence, and digital transformation in real estate services.
