At Fincore Infotech, Samir will oversee the enhancement of IT infrastructure performance, modernization of digital systems, and adoption of automation and hybrid technologies to accelerate operational efficiency. Prior to joining Fincore, Samir served as Head – IT Operations at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he led modernization projects, drove technology consolidation, and implemented robust operational resilience frameworks across geographies. His tenure at SmartConnect Technologies as General Manager saw him leading enterprise technology programs with a strong emphasis on cost optimization, service reliability, and cloud transformation.
Earlier in his career, Samir spent over a decade at Vertex Customer Management India Pvt. Ltd. (An Altruist Group Company), where he played a pivotal role as Head – IT, developing IT governance models and ensuring compliance with global standards including ISO 27001:2015, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI DSS. His deep expertise in disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and IT service delivery has positioned him as a forward-thinking leader who integrates technology with organizational vision.
