Canton, Massachusetts, United States – September 2024 – Rachel Heuisler has been appointed as the new Director of Human Resources Business Partnership at Point32Health. In her new role, Heuisler will oversee strategic HR initiatives and strengthen employee relations to align with Point32Health’s mission of providing high-quality healthcare to its members.
Rachel Heuisler most recently served as an Independent Consultant, a role she has held for approximately 2 years. In this position, she worked with both nonprofits and for-profits on strategic talent projects, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and manager training.
Prior to her consulting work, Heuisler was the Vice President of Talent at Achievement Network (ANet) for about 3 years. At ANet, she was the senior-most talent leader, responsible for setting the talent vision and strategy for a national nonprofit with over 200 employees, including overseeing recruitment, human resources, and talent development.
From August 2017 to April 2020, she was the Managing Director of Talent at KIPP Massachusetts, where she led talent operations for a charter school management operator with over 300 employees, focusing on staff recruitment, performance management, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Heuisler worked with KIPP NYC as Senior Director of Leadership Development and Senior Director of Talent. During her tenure, she initiated a principal preparation program and managed a significant increase in recruitment searches, achieving high client satisfaction scores and increased BIPOC representation in new hires.
