Barbara S. Sullivan joins Schoeller Allibert from her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Broadway Licensing, where she worked for approximately 4 months. At Broadway Licensing, she focused on developing and executing HR strategies to support organizational growth and talent management.
Prior to Broadway Licensing, Barbara was the Vice President of Human Resources at Allegiance Trucks for about 7 months. In this position, she was instrumental in driving human capital initiatives aligned with the company’s rapid acquisition growth, including talent recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
Barbara’s career also includes serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at H.J. Baker & Bro., LLC for approximately 7 years. At H.J. Baker & Bro., she was key in developing global HR strategies and improving operational performance, including a major divestiture and enhancement of HR systems.
Earlier in her career, she was the Director of Human Resources at The Blue Book Building & Construction Network for around 7 years. She played a significant role in transforming HR from an administrative function to a strategic partner and successfully managed various HR functions across multiple states.
