Jakarta, Indonesia, September 2024 – Anindhita Prameswari has been promoted to the position of Head of People and Organizational Development at Interskala Group. In her new role, she will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
Anindhita Prameswari has been with Interskala Group for approximately 7 months. She initially joined as a Learning & Development Strategist in early 2024, where she developed tailored learning programs and aligned them with business goals. Prior to her current role, Anindhita was with Interskala Medika Indonesia for about 1 year and 3 months, where she led recruitment strategies, HR policy development, and provided strategic HR consultation to senior management.
Before joining Interskala Medika Indonesia, Anindhita served as a Mindfulness Mentor at SAKA Academy since 2022, where she facilitated mindfulness workshops and developed programs for schools. She also worked at Sekolah Cikal for approximately 8 years and 6 months, initially as a Homeroom Teacher and later as a Program Leader. During her tenure, she designed and delivered lessons and incorporated mental health and well-being principles into school programs.
Anindhita began her career as an ABA/VB Therapist at Autism Recovery Network from 2013 to 2015, where she implemented evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior management.
