Madison, Wisconsin, United States, January 2025 – Cathy Risseeuw has been appointed as the Vice President – Human Resources at Ascendium Education Group, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, compensation strategies, and workforce planning to support the organization’s educational mission.
Cathy Risseeuw has been with Ascendium Education Group for over a decade, previously serving as Manager – Human Resources Technology & Compensation for approximately 10 years, where she played a significant role in implementing HR technologies and designing compensation frameworks that supported organizational growth and employee retention.
Prior to her time at Ascendium, Cathy spent approximately 21 years at Great Lakes Educational Loan Services, Inc., where she served as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, contributing significantly to HR analytics and workforce strategy initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Training and Software Analyst at Rowe Pottery Works for around one year.
