Le Bourget-du-Lac, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, September 2024 – Energy Pool is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Fischer as the new Chief People Excellence & Services Officer. In this role, Fischer will be responsible for supporting Energy Pool’s growth, driving managerial transformation, and enhancing organizational structuring.
Prior to joining Energy Pool, Frank Fischer served as Executive VP of Marketing & Communication Group at UnaBiz for approximately 1 year and 9 months, where he oversaw strategic communication and marketing initiatives.
Before that, he was a board member at Linksium, contributing to investment decisions for around 2 years. Fischer also held the role of Administrator at SBA – Smart Buildings Alliance for Smart Cities for about 2 years and 3 months, focusing on smart building innovations.
His earlier experience includes a notable tenure at Adeunis, where he served as CEO for approximately 3 years and 1 month, and as Deputy CEO for around 4 years and 3 months. Fischer began his career as a Director of Marketing & Innovation at Adeunis, a position he held for about 5 years and 3 months.
